I'm much more concerned about getting the 330 and 787 payrates up to Delta/United/American during the JCBA. Those are pretty big numbers and I don't know how Alaska Management is going to feel about that. Captain AS 737 vs HA 321 Alaska year 11 and up 1 Sep 25 is 375.74 Hawaiian 12 2 Mar 25 is 355.85 ...a difference of $19.89 FO AS 737 vs HA 321 Alaska year 11 and up 1 Sep 25 is 259.75 Hawaiian 12 2 Mar 25 is 248.38 ...a difference of $11.37 I would say Gobows was spot on. |

Unity in these matters. 717 is already B scale to the 321/737. Wonder what how much will there will be to band pay rates for a fleet that will be expiring. The 767 got “screwed” because it was a fleet on its way out in 2017.
