It's not a thing... But I'm guessing what he was talking about was the earliest date that either Amazon or Alaska could cancel the contract. I think it was around the end of this summer. There was talk that it was getting pushed back until after the holidays to allow stability for Amazon in exchange for a better deal with Alaska.

Rumor from plausible source (still just a rumor though)... the company is trying to get AZ to allow them to use 330F empty legs for company-branded freight, as a means of making it profitable. Would also need an additional 10+ planes to make it worthwhile.

That’s like asking McDonalds if you can cook burgers on their grill when they’re not using it. Doesn’t seem plausible to intermix non amazon cargo into that operation.

Not very often. The infrastructure isn’t suited for external cargo. Can’t imagine Amazon wanting to disrupt their distribution centers for one off cargo shipments. Especially only on empty flights that are irregular and unpredictable.
