All because people wouldn’t take the shots for a myriad of false, disproven myths. Can’t wait for the vaccine to be mandated by airlines. All employers across the country should mandate it. It’s the only way out without crowding hospitals to the point people are being turned away because there are no beds. I double dog dare anyone senior to me to resign out of protest for a vaccine mandate.
It’s my best shot at making captain in the 2020s…

All of a sudden these people are concerned with bodily autonomy as soon as it means that they might have to choose between either exerting an infinitesimal amount of effort to contribute to the common good or quitting their job. In other words, now that they're personally affected (and in the most insignificant of ways, no less).
I couldn't agree more, I can't wait for a vaccine mandate. Mostly because my career success depends on it in no small part, but also just so that I'll be able to tell these whiny ####s flapping their gums in my exhausted and fed up ears about "privacy" and "rights" to put their money where their big mouths are and GTFO of my seat

I just wish I had gotten some time off without using my sick bank or 13 hours of pay like the people at real airlines

but that has nothing to do with the delta variant. Or any other variant to come. It's not those in the US its global and I believe only 30% of the globe is vaccinated. So who do we place the blame on? Those in the US who dont agree with ourselves or the countries where it's not even available? It's a poop sandwich either way.
