what’s your end goal? Family with kids? Do you want purple or brown and already have TPIC? Kalitta is a solid place lots of people like it. The comparison however is night and day. Long international trips on heavies predominately on the back side of the clock or more what I consider normal length trips domestically that give you a little more variety. Neither airline is going anywhere. AS doesn’t have a ton of movement right now overall outside the attrition. Not much mandatory retirement action. I’m sure if you threw your app at AA they’d be interested. They’ve taken RJ FO’s with low time and no PIC. Good luck.

Got family? Planning to? Three week tours are rough in that context. That was always a non-starter for me.

Consider all future "growth" projections as notional at best until all the metal is actually sitting at the gates. That goes for all carriers BTW....

You can get an offer from purple or brown as an Alaska pilot. The two extra types you’ll get really help.

Mind sharing your TT and TPIC? Trying to decide on a CJO I just received and not sure how long it’ll be until Alaska calls me
