Recently applied - 135 TPIC valuable?
Hey group,
How quickly are you getting responses from Allegiant and is 135 time worth anything? I submitted my app/resume on Saturday morning. 4000 total, 2500 jet, 750 TPIC from a 135.
I applied in December of 2019 and received an invite to Vegas in February of 2020, just prior to the shutdowns. I decided against the interview on account of a management change with big goals in 2020...COVID had other ideas. Fortunately, I was able to weather the storm and keep my job, building more PIC time along the way.

No. Allegiant’s interview process is probably the most straight forward you’ll ever encounter. They want to get to know the person. They pretty much assume if they call you for an interview that you can fly an airplane and that you know how one works. They want to know if you’re somebody that people want to fly with every day, and if you can make sensible decisions.

Yes the personality test is very straightforward. Do the right thing when no one is looking. Report offenders to the company. Help customers in need. Make decisions at the appropriate level. Get the flights done safely always and on time whenever possible.

How quickly did they get back to you after the video interview?
