What is it you don't like about them?

If you're an active line pilot with any experience at any other airline that's represented by a true AIRLINE union, you shouldn't need me to tell you. IBT represents truckers and baristas, they're truly clueless in our profession. I'm not saying we don't have good guys in 2118, but I'm saying the tools they've been given are pretty dull in comparison to what they would be with ALPA on property.

I appreciated the update today from AR & team. I have paid my dues over the years as many others have too. That includes 3yrs flight instructing, 3yrs flying for a regional airline, 5yrs flying for two legacy airlines prior to Allegiant.
AR responded to a question which asked the should I stay or should I go Q. His response was honest and thought provoking. Basically each pilot needs to assess their needs, desires & goals then make their own decision. I was happy to hear that AR plans on staying here to fight for our next contract & that fight is alive and well. The contract itself is front & center, not the time frame in which to achieve it. I made the personal decision (family, type of flying, co-workers, location, age, etc) that Allegiant is an excellent fit for me. I’m looking forward to a much needed improved contract, when it is achieved. |
He also made it clear he doesn’t expect the company to negotiate a day trip guarantee nor will he pursue one.
Contrary to what some on here have been saying. |

For those who are staying, I look forward to working with you all for years to come. For those who are going to jump on me the second I hit reply, as always, I'm eager to learn a new insult for the week! |
Lot of good points Greyhound, but I suspect tomorrow’s earnings call, whatever the actual numbers, is going to be the same back-slapping “we’re awesome” “everybody’s fighting attrition” “we got it under control” mantra as always…..

Are we taking bets on how big a hit the stock is going to take after the earnings are released?
