Where do you guys come up with this stuff?
Even the Union, which obviously wants to try to make the glass sound half empty, isn't suggesting multiple years from contract. No one is going to pretend the pay isn't crap, comparatively. But you're still making 45-50k a year. Millions of folks pull it off in this country. |

This reminds me of roger Cohen in the early 2000s defending regional pilots making 15k a year. You’re either an amazing troll, or a complete idiot. 😂 either way thanks for the laugh |

Everyone loves their "GeT yOUr UnItEd ApPs In" replies. But all the ones consistently crying about it never seem to actually leave. I know I'll catch all the hate for daring to point this out. But I feel like it needed to be said. |

We haven't lost every arbitration, we have won many.
Answer me this: if management is always violating the contract but we lose every arbitration, is the problem with management or our union? We stopped winning arbitrations when AR hired a culinary attorney instead of somebody with real experience. But you know this Tom, as an AR worshipper, and are happy to contribute to his kingdom. We do have the most expensive, albeit inept, union in the industry. |

we have lost the last 7 in a row and AR continues to tell everybody to file GRIEVANCES to justify the kingdom he has built.

But no point in voting with our feet and leaving for a legacy because, as you know, it's "the same $hit$how." Like in MLB all the teams are the same, doesn't matter if you're on the A's or Dodgers ‘cause it’s the same $hit$how, right? The grass is never greener.

if we want an industry standard contract we need an industry standard union. Let’s face it, when this is all over, we need a real union and the only legitimate choice is ALPA. |
