Come to Allegiant or stay at the regionals and upgrade? I only gave 130 hours part 121.

Neither. Move to a ski town and get a job driving the busses for the ski resort. Ski free on your days off. Either that or come to allegiant and make the 2nd biggest mistake of your life.

This, or stay where you are, build time to be competitive at the legacies, upgrade if possible, and be ready to apply here if we get anything resembling good news.

Who knows.

Hows your current QOL? Do you commute? Do you live in an Allegiant base? Does your regional have a guaranteed job at any legacies?

Yes I two leg it to PIT, QOL is decent sit reserve during the week with the weekends off, I live in SAV

He’s headed to AA

His departure is a direct result of IWA not having movement. I think he commuted to LAX to upgrade - could be wrong but I think he still lives in AZ.

EV is probably the smartest one of that bunch. I can't believe he held out this long. Everyone should see this as a huge sign. He's seen the confidential info...

Has he seen more confidential info than AR, RF, RJ, KS, MC, JA? They’re all super high in the union, on the NC or trustees and have 20-30 years before retirement.

It’s not insignificant that EV is leaving, but it’s also not that surprising. I mean let’s call a spade a spade: the majority of ppl in their early 30s are gonna choose AA over Allegiant if given the choice. Call me crazy…

I’m still shocked that more of these young union leaders and NC haven’t left for the legacies given the doomsday AR describes and the years they left before retirement.

That's some funny stuff. Sounds like the super seniors are getting scared and lashing out. I won't take the troll bait though.

Don't even deny that EV leaving is a wake up call.

Good luck with your decision to stay at allegiant. Hope it works out for you. I'm good with my decision.

EV leaving is just as much a wake up call to AR having turmoil in his fiefdom as anything else.

I still think EV is not a huge surprise. He has 30+ years of flying left. And he was commuting, this is a terrible airline for any commuter. I am honestly surprised more of the union reps with 30 years left before retirement are are not looking to leave. It actually gives me some optimism about contract negotiations.

Why's that?

Any updates on negotiations?
