I understand FLL is a smaller base and would be most junior FO for quite some time.

What would an average month look like for the most junior FO in FLL ? Throughout the seasons.
How often would you actually get to fly in month?

Can you pick up extra trips around summer ?

I don't mind 20 days of sitting reserve a month at FLL or TDY/VDB bases
Thank you very much.

FLL, is small (currently 17 crews) and can be hard to get. Last standing bid 3 current pilots bid in. This was from pilot upgrade and another movement. Looks like most junior first officer is around 6/23 new hire. If everone currently in FLL want to stay it could be a wait. Last I knew only 2 planes there and most of the peak flying handed by pilots from other bases flying turns in and out of FLL.

Extra flying in the smaller bases like FLL or VPS that may see more flying in the summer is usually handed with crews flying into those cities or TDY in. It can be very hard for junior pilots to get extra.

So is the 737 going to LAS and PHX too? At what other bases is the 737 planned to go apart from Florida?

We don't know. Right now its SFB, PIE, and PGD. The 4th base will be announced later this year.
