I know a couple a fellas at Allegiant and they like it there. Both are local Vegas guys and they are home with the fam every night. Not a bad gig if you want to fly an airplane, be home every night, and make a middle class income. They make more than what a regional pilot makes and have a much better life if they live locally.

I see it didn't take long for the jealous posters to come out of the woodwork. Let me ask this question to you naysayers, what do you care what someone elses wages are if you dont work there? Personally, I would take less to be home every night. You can't put a price on quality of life.

I made more the first year at allegiant than my friends that went to CO, UA, AT,NW. I think only DL,SW, and VA have more first year pay. Oh and those friends just got Furloghed. I am the next for upgrade here.

I have not done an overnight in more than a year. I average 17-18 days off a month and my typical day is show at 8:30AM home by 5pm one out and back.

We are always working with the company for improvements.

Where do I apply? Sounds like a great place to work.

So I guess you're holding out for DAL, SWA, or FDX?
