I believe there are two classes scheduled for December IIRC. I believe they're getting backed up in the sim again so that may change.

The LAS 88 sim is working pretty decent for once. The 82 supposedly is having to be re-programmed after the panel was reconfigured, then re-certified by the FAA. There lies the bottleneck, but several PanAm instructors are being certified to train NH's both in LAS, & MIA. Class of 43 just getting into sims, & first 6 of next staggered-start upgrade class started 2-week Ground this past Mon. I'm guessing IOE guys are over-capacity now, too!!

How can a company as small as Allegiant handle classes of 40 plus new hires?

Do they split up training if the sims are backed up? What do you think the chances are of getting the bus?
