Safety culture starts from the top. Look at their history of cultivating a healthy safety environment. One word: Critter. Of course, he had nothing to do with all that.

So not a good place to be right now. If you're looking to improve your lot, wait out the storm and shoot the approach when conditions improve. Hopefully this storm will blow over and the sun will shine again. Just not now.

I don't think AAY will have any problem recruiting pilots to move to FL bases. As for me I would have not considered AAY if Vegas was the only choice

Thank you everybody for the input regarding the instructor positions. I was hoping they would understand and appreciate the need for a robust training department. I cant see applying and working under those conditions.
