Default Bid run.

It seems like there's always a bunch of people asking about DFW here. The latest bid run is out and DFW 737 went a lot more junior than it ever had. Without looking maybe 15 months on property.

DCA 737 went like new hire junior.

Junior CA 10630 ish

DFW 737 went 14130's. There were a lot of bus vacancies here as well, but they are going senior in the 'great migration.' Glad to see folks are getting what they want... just wish they weren't senior.

Just out of curiosity, on average, how often does AA run Bids?

I ask because it is often a topic of discussion at FDX, especially now as we know they will be running one soon. FDX prefers massive bids, normally once a year with long training letters. We do have an occassional smaller clean up bids from time to time.

Thanks!

Every month for now. Changed with our JCBA to a minimum of 3-4 a year but that's not implemented yet.

The company can run quarterly bids if they choose too. My guess is with lots of right-sizing and retirements it works out in both the company's and the pilot's benefit to run monthly bids.

PHX 76T I went super junior, but that's all 757 out there, yes? Does that fleet do anything other than Hawaii?

Thanks for the info.

I've had monthly and quarterly bids at previous airlines, does work nicely.

Wish we would change to at least quarterly. As mentioned, does make it easier to bid and plan life events.
