That way trips can start later and end earlier. Example low credit days one and four and high credit days two and three. Start late end early.
There would certainly not be any one and dones on the last day, finishing in the morning, with MCD.
I'm fine with working 7+ block on days two and three to share the love on days one and four. Best of both worlds. You get a min credit of 21 hrs for four days and you have flexibility to get done early on the last day as well. For those who live in base it's a day off essentially and for those who commute it means getting home as early as mid day in your last day. That's huge....as I roll into town on my commute today at 1:30am.

FedEx doesn’t have a min calendar day. It’s a min 24 hour day (i think).
For example, day 1 depart 0800 and return day 2 0759 and that pays 6 hours (if they didn’t block over 6).
