Yeah.. I'm going to piggy back on this question as well. What's pay during training like? I assume we get round the clock per diem too?

From what I remember, you get paid ALV (Average Line Value) for your status with 8 hours of per diem. Second year pay will start on the annual projected completion date, not date of hire.

Pretty sure you get per diem straight thru minus your days off unless you just stay in dfw and in that case per diem doesn’t shut off

Was it 24 hours of per diem? I thought we only got 8/day. Don’t remember...
