This thread was started because he has an interview with AA already.... Did you read the beginning of the thread?
Why would you suggest he interviews at Envoy and lose 3-5 years seniority while waiting for his flow when he could be on AA property now?

Ignore that guy's comments he has a history of not understanding the process on this forum.
Treat it like an interview. Smile. Be yourself. Wear a suit. Make sure your surroundings are professional and void of distractions. The questions posted on this thread already are accurate and have not changed from what I have heard (I interviewed a couple years ago and they were the same).
Congrats on the invite and don't stress about the process. It's very inviting and a peace of cake as long as you keep safety first and can hold a conversation.
