Organizational Fit Assessment

Mine says this....
Profile Summary
“The status of your profile is Complete
Profile last updated 12-MAR-2018 14:33:54.
Message:
Please check all sections of your profile for accuracy.”
All green check marks on all sections
On the Fit test tab
“Welcome to the Organizational Fit Assessment of the Pilot Selection Process!
Organization Fit Assessment has been completed.”
Crickets since I did the app back in September.
Figured being honest about a Letter of Warning on the “Have you ever been subject to any FAA enforcement action or investigation?” question was keeping me from a call. I would rather be honest and explain the old Letter of Warning (altitude deviation) than say no and explain later if it came up.

I'd be careful with them or any interview/resume prep group. Sometimes they give bad gouged based on what other airlines want.
For example - my friend used them for AA. There's a question that says:
Have you ever been removed from flight status, voluntarily or involuntarily, or failed flight training of any type, or failed any check ride?
My friend busted two daily rides in phase 2 of UPT and they told him to check yes. That's a Delta thing. Delta has clarified that they want you to put down ANYTHING you've failed, including UPT sorties.
Failing a contact sortie in the military is not "Failed flight training of any type" and should not trigger clicking that radio button. At least not for AA since no such guidance exists.
I'm not saying app review services are bad, but I would exercise caution.

I put in my military UPT phase checks busts for AA and it was a non-issue (did it on my own without prep from anyone else). The HR lady, who was super awesome, asked me, "So these pilot training busts are the only ones?" I said yes and she moved on to the question. It's taken me 10 times longer to type this up then it did to cover the issue during the interview.

Got the same message that I did not score high enough on the test. Does anyone know where people are failing the most? A friend told me a lot of the failures come from section 2 which asks about customer service type problems. Not sure if that is correct, but I'd really like to pass it the next time around...

I don't know if you'll be able to pinpoint exactly what part you didn't score high enough on. As far as the customer service scenarios go, I think each one has options that sort of run the spectrum from taking care of everything yourself to providing minimal help. I tended to pick the answers that involved as much of the team as necessary (i.e. I'd make sure the person was getting their issue resolved, but might get them to a gate agent, customer service rep, etc. as appropriate instead of me being late for a flight or something.) Don't know if that's the right way, but worked for me.
