^^^^^^^Exercise caution is always good. That being said:
I put in my military UPT phase checks busts for AA and it was a non-issue (did it on my own without prep from anyone else). The HR lady, who was super awesome, asked me, "So these pilot training busts are the only ones?" I said yes and she moved on to the question. It's taken me 10 times longer to type this up then it did to cover the issue during the interview.

I would say no if you're referring to Question 6 in the questionairre tab on the website, "Have you ever been removed from flight status, voluntarily or involuntarily, or failed flight training of any type, or failed any check ride? ". A Q2 means you are still qualified. They may ask you about it, just be sure to have the details.

5900 total. 1000 TPIC.
5 type ratings (2 are SIC)
No check ride failures (not even a stage check)
Clean driving record
4 years 121, but I'm 91/135 now
Volunteered for 4 years with a local charity
3.85 GPA from Riddle with a business minor
Multiple academic/athletic awards while in college
I have 2 recommendations on my application. One is a current employee who I've know for years, but never flown with. The second is a retired Captain who I hired to fly with me after he turned 65. I've also known him for years.

I am starting to consider an app review. I've had my wife look it over and we both think it's good, but a professional would probably help at this point.

Does anyone else have suggestions about passing this test? I also got the -did not score high enough - message. Pretty annoying since every other part of my app is very strong. I’m sure I just over thought the questions but I don’t want to fail it again. For those of you who beat it, did you answer any of the questions with the most extreme (one way or the other) answer?

I read the book and I think it helped. When I took the test the first time I didn’t take it seriously. Re-took the test after reading the book and passed...video interview a few weeks later, followed by additional info and invite to Dallas w/in a few days after that. Good luck.
