This is what an HR person told me.
If your check mark ✅ stays green for 6 months you’ve passed.
A guy/gal could have a green check mark ✅ initially and two months later it’s turns red. Not good. The system is continuously evaluating your responses to other candidates and what the ideal candidate is suppose to be like.
If someone else’s assessment comes in and they score better than your assessment; your application gets push to the bottom of the stack.
That is why you could have a green check mark ✅ today and tomorrow have a red check mark.
If one is hired off the street @ AA. Those folks have gone through a very fine filter to get there.

Just curious, when did you hear that from HR? It sounds like after January 2018 the pass or fail decision is made almost instantaneously (at least, the guys I know have failed it this year knew immediately). Has anyone seen otherwise this year?

Taken directly from the folks who hosted the virtual job fair today. Once the fit assessment is complete with a PASS you will not be required to take it again. It’s good to go for years ahead. That was probably the number one asked question today during the live chats

For those that were able to attend the vFair on the 28th.. Was the "one and done" for the OFT for passing.. or failing... or both?
I undertand if you pass it, you're good forever. But, if you fail it, is it still the 6 month waiting period?
