Pilot credentials with 3 internal LORs was my path to the virtual interview. Submitted extra info on March 10th. Patiently waiting and hoping for F2F offer.

Mil background for me, 22 years, about 4000 hours in the fighter community.

Good luck to all on this journey!

In the last couple years they’ve hired some non mil/ non wo folks. The ones I know have been Regional LCA/ FO at another major and heavily involved in the extracurricular activities.

I’m retired military and didn’t do the virtual job fair. What’s a realistic timeline from video F2F to interview to class? Based on what I’m seeing it’s like 6-8 weeks start to finish. Sound right?

Something I noticed was three internals.

Had two for a long time, then as soon as I got three I got a video interview. 1 week for additional data. 1 week till the invite. 3 weeks till the f2f. 1 day to the cjo. All at Christmas time.

Good buddy of mine who is very qualified, certainly more so than me, had been available on a very similar timeline with nothing to show for it. As soon as I started indoc I wrote him a rec to make his third and he got a video interview less than a week later. Who knows what the PC logic is to start the process, but for him and I it was three recs to start the train rolling. 10 days after his video he got request for more information and that is where he is at now.

Not sure this is helpful, just offering some data.

Does anyone know how often or what day of the week the video interview invites go out? I was told they go out in batches.

My video invite came to my email around 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon. That’s one data point only, so take it for what it’s worth!

Mine came in at 3 pm on a Thursday. That’s just 1 data point, not sure if it helps. Good luck! Still waiting and hoping for F2F, submitted request for more info 16 days ago.

Anyone else still in that window of waiting more than two weeks?
