This is age 64+ right? Weren’t they going to open up to 62+ or 63+ depending on how many they were looking for?

An apology for your previous comments towards your fellow pilots (unless you're some fat virtual airline teen in your parents basement) probably would have gone a long way, but you didn't. You were wrong. Your original sniveling post is below.

"I bet they get less than 150. These people are the ones who have never been furloughed and are reaping the benefits of the change in retirement age. They’ve had relatively stellar careers. They’re a greedy bunch."

Some people value their opinion more highly than they should.

The retirement letters are out

Not my letter though, I was 20+ years shy of this bid.

Yeah, my original statement still isn’t wrong.

Default 620 requested early retirements

I tied, but they wouldn’t award it to me with 15000+ number. Would have been a great 20 year run at 50hrs a month. Answer is no unless you ask.

Seriously though, a huge thank you to those that stepped away from what they love to do. I hope you get to enjoy more time with those you love. You have earned it.
