Taking a voluntary leave

This is painful, your buddy doesn’t know who will be furloughed. Next summer’s estimate shows a 1600 surplus, lots of variables between now and then. Have him engage them company to get released to fly for you.

As of July 2019
01/2014 hire is a 11,4xx
01/2015 hire is a 12,1xx (mostly recalls)
01/2016 hire is a 12,4xx (mostly recalls)
01/2017 hire is a 12,8xx
I don’t think anyone knows what the future holds.

Im guessing your buddy will be okay with 4+ years of seniority.. maybe not based or flying what he wants but he’ll have a job. Again.. not sure where he’s getting the 11xxx number
