So should a pilot that received a CJO last week that's not at a WO regional now expect a class date at the end of the summer?

I have no idea how long it is from CJO to class date. But do expect there to be larger class sizes in adjacent months. It's what they've done before. AA can still hit hiring goals by skipping a month. All this does is slow down flow for them.

LOL. Never, ever trust AA to do the right thing.

You might be in line for a late May class. Four weeks from CJO to class date for some recently but it's not exactly first in-first out.

Yep, AA said they were going to hire over 2000 last year too. Actual totals were closer to 1700. Don't count on class sizes increasing after the break.

It's a little more than 1700. Seeing how totals are published at 1828 for pilots hired last year. But your point is still made. Definitely below the 2k goal

The agreement is for flows per month that AA holds classes . If it wanted to, AA could super size the class sizes in May, cancel classes in June, July and August, increase class sizes September October November and finish out the year holding back 4 months of WO pilots to help their staffing. Alternatively, AA could run full classes after a one month freeze and withhold flows until the last class of the year and fulfill the flow through agreements.

In reality, AA holds all the cards Re:flow throughs. However, every time they mess with the flow, they motivate more of their WO pilots to leave.

How long are people waiting to hear back to do their drug test and finger printing. Almost been a week with no info.
