SuccessFactors. Nothing was saved but something pulled in my previous address history.

Should have been an email with a SuccessFactors login, it just asks you to create a password and import your resume and info. Check spam folder perhaps.

Neither did I. No emails.

I got an email on how to login to success factors on March 9th but that is it. My address and personal info is in there but nothing else.

If you click on the AA ad banner in the sidebar of this page it goes to pilot credentials.

Success Factors
I had my app in draft mode and did not yet complete the pilot skills test. I did not get an e-mail to go to success factors or anything else. I spoke with someone on the hiring team and they said that the application site should be back online sometime later this week. But it sounds like some of you are receiving instructions to do otherwise on the success factors site. Any ideas?

But one mildly encouraging sign: when I update my primary ("Global") Pilot Credentials profile, it still (appears to) complete the data sync to my AAL profile. But right now I don't trust Pilot Credentials very much... |
Looks like the new application site is up and running. I received another email this morning with a link to it. Most of my data pulled over with out any issues. None of my attached files pulled over however. The new site is: pilots.aa.com. I had to creat a new account and then all of my data showed up. Not sure if you have to wait to sign up until they send you a message saying it is ready for you or not.

I haven’t received any emails. Spam folders checked too. My application was 90% complete so it wasn’t live- but hours of work are apparently gone? No communication about it either? Recruiters don’t seem to know anything? This type of mismanagement doesn’t give me a great impression of the company. 😓

For those who haven’t yet submitted on pilot credentials, use pilots.aa.com. I had to re-enter all of my app data but I was able to do it in 3 hours. The format is slightly different and do not use any other browser other than Microsoft edge. There were errors when I attempted to use safari. Also, when you hit submit, it saves and also goes “live”. I didn’t see any other places to save in draft mode.

I have heard that there is still a minimum of 1,000 turbine, but don’t see that listed anywhere. Can someone confirm?

Anyone get a cjo with requirements to complete next CQ EVENT. If so does a proficiency training sim event count? Was told need CQ event and have that coming up. Was told send results before I can get class date. Just want to make sure that qualifies.

Did you fail or stumble in initial training or upgrade training at your current airline? I believe at Delta they want to see 24 months of a clean training record, so maybe that’s why they want you to report your annual CQ/sim check ride. It’s fairly normal for pilots to turn their two week notice in earlier to avoid CQ if they have CJO(s) lined up. It’s called risk mitigation lol. |

Has anyone gotten a WhatsApp group going for the 5/24 class that might be willing to send me the link? I’ve been looking around and can’t find anything.
