APA is sending out cards to people interested in coming to AA. In other words...DO NOT COME TO AA.

I haven't heard of anyone getting called from an RTAG meet and greet yet. I also signed up for the JFK MTC next month, we'll see if they invite me given that I checked the box saying I met with them at RTAG 2022.

I can appreciate the sentiment but I can't ever see this working at a legacy carrier. The only people it would dissuade are those that will be great assets on the list when it's time for the next fight. The short-sighted, apathetic toward unity types will still be coming in the door.

"61 CJO’s this weekend at RTAG By AmericanAirlines! In five years this has gone from a wild idea to helping thousands change the trajectory of their lives as many airlines are now realizing the full potential of former helicopter pilots and what they bring to the table!"

They met with somewhere around 500 pilots over the weekend. I believe those that exceeded the review board threshold were offered an on-site interview so they could be presented with a CJO at the closing ceremony. I imagine there are many that had successful meets that did not meet the threshold (probably similar to the interview classes we’re hearing about that send a majority to the review board) that will be hearing something in the near future.
There was a 62nd CJO that was rescinded and sent to the review board.
