Yes, a contract extension with new rates until JCBA, but Snap Up is annually calculated, so always improves with peer group.
Jan 1 2023 DL 12Yr A321 CA $336.89 / 320 CA 335.13
Aug 1 2023 B6 12Yr A320/321 $330.00
2024 DL + 5% = A321 $354, A320 $352 rounded up.
2024 B6 $340
Again, I personally don’t see how B6 is soo far off as some folks opine, considering a JCBA post Merger and Snap Up language every year until the JCBA…but to each their own. Good luck in negotiations. May all pilots benefit from new rates. Good Luck!

Yes we can agree on that. What’s the snap language again? Average of the big four or something?

I don’t know what you’re talking about. We’re in negotiations still and didn’t get any extension. There’s not going to be any contract extensions of any sort anyways so again you lost me. We’re in the middle of a full rewrite as we speak. Are you taking about 2013 or something?

Which brings the discussion back to the original poster’s question. If we can all agree that A321/320 rates, 737 rates will all be ballpark for the Top 6 airlines, when the dust settles on all contracts w/Snap Up being industry standard now.
If one assumes you’re going to spend the majority of your career on narrow body iron…Then the real question comes down to living in Domicile, wide body flying and QOL contract language. IMHO

I’m talking about the garbage we got now. So don’t be flexing on JB guys cuz they took the money knowing full well a JCBA negotiation is likely coming down the pike anyways… meanwhile we are 6 years beyond the original amendable date of our contract which itself is largely based off a 2003 concessionary contract…
