And the only pay rates leak we’ve seen that isn’t even final language is 21/5/4/4, and 2% on amendable date. And it wasn’t even agreed upon and its from about a week ago. Do you have a link to deltas new rates? We can see how that example would compare.

You quoted me initially. Then claimed that “we’re not getting a pay raise because it can be snapped up to”. You actually think that we’re not going to get a pay raise in this deal? And no one has seen the rates yet. I think they’ll surpass Delta’s. And yes APA also wants something that can’t be snapped up to. What are you struggling with here, pal?

There’s no limit on Delta’s snap up. So how do you reach something that can’t be snap upped to? You either meet Delta’s pay rates or you come under them. What’s so hard to understand about that’s? You’re quite literally fighting your own statement. I also didn’t say no pay raise. I said we aren’t going to get you more, as in more than whatever it takes to reach Delta.
Again, do you have a snapshot of deltas new pay table? We can use the rumored numbers to compare right now how the two stack up.

APA was talking about the contract as a whole. Delta doesn’t have a snap up on every single work rule and section do they? Obviously not. So getting a better provision in something like pairing distribution or some other scheduling items would be an example of something that can’t be snapped up to. You’re talking about just pay rates.

All you would have to do, is make AA’s pay a penny above DL’s, which would snap up DL’s 1%. Then, have a AA clause that you snapped up X% above DL’s rate. Delta’s would not snap up a second time. Bingo, you would have industry-leading rates.
