Hey y’all, so I’m currently with another major, I live in CLT. Looking to try and get an interview with AA. Just looking for some insight on maybe some reasons I should stay or join AA. Obviously the commuting is the biggest factor. We like Clt, are open to possibilities of moving but have a bit of our life setup in clt. Given the opportunity to not commute is a huge game changer but I feel as if there is more growth and opportunity with my current airline. We are both young with a lot of years in this career. Would appreciate any insight , thanks

I’m currently at major 135 and flying roughly 50-60 hours per month as SIC and sitting around 500 turbine time. Is it worth upgrading into a different aircraft as PIC and gaining TPIC experience to help my application/resume? This would cause me to have to stop flying for roughly 3-4 months in order to go through upgrade training and get a new type rating. I know that 1000 turbine is “preferred” and just trying to get on with American as quickly as possible. Thanks!

I combined 170/175 and PA-28-151/161/181. They didn't have any issue with it. I do suggest an app review though, I made many small mistakes that could have prevented my app from being pulled sooner. Sometimes it comes down to punctuation (literally).

Thank you. The app review is a good idea as well. Do you mind sharing who you used?

I have no problem uploading LoR's, but when I try to upload my resume, I get an "Error uploading attachments" message. Tried pdf, png, different browsers etc. Not sure what the deal is. Any thoughts?
