I got the email asking to take the skills test but to disregard if previously completed (although no mention of pilot credentials site) Would it be worth retaking the PST on this new site? I didn't do my best last time I completed it. I also tried logging into the careers site to sign up for text updates, but that site is telling invalid login. Do I have to create yet another account for the careers site? The email I received led me to believe my new pilots.aa.com login would allow me to access the careers site.

All systems work great and should be promoted above peers. I support them 100%.

Default unable to submit application

Has anyone been able to submit their application in the new pilots.aa.com site? I've apparently completed all sections, but can't seem to find a submit, sign, publish button anywhere. I haven't been able to contact the team through the recruiting email either.

Thanks,

There is no submit button as of yesterday…once you complete some unknown % of the application you will get an acceptance email and the Pilot Skills test link within a day or so. If you didn’t get one, keep working on filling out the app until you get one. For me, it was logging in to Chrome (instead of Safari) and fixing all of the radio buttons. I got the email shortly after.

FYI, I don’t *think* you need to fill out all the blanks on the Success Factors site I think it’s only to enter your phone # for updates.

I see a Save and Submit bar at the bottom of every page using Opera desktop browser. On mobile Safari I dont even see the menus on the left.

I got this email recently, about a year after doing my application. Anyone else get this and if so what did it lead to? Is this like a fix it email?

It started with this:

“We are excited that you have started the application process to becoming an American Airlines Pilot. To ensure that we have everything we need to properly evaluate your application, please log in to your Pilot Credentials profile, update your information, ensure that the “Published” box is checked, and then save your changes.”

Few questions about the new set up:

How do we add other education that's not specific to the category listed? There seems to be no other tab like PC had.
How do internals work now?

IRT other Education; you don’t. I feel you, I have plenty as well, but it doesn’t fit so clearly they’re not interested. FYSA PC used to lock up if you filled the app out like you would in Delta’s application (for military) with 50-60 different instances of additional education.

For LORs, you add them as an attachment. The previous way of having AA employees submit no longer goes to HR.
