I got the email shortly after.

FYI, I don’t *think* you need to fill out all the blanks on the Success Factors site I think it’s only to enter your phone # for updates.
That did the trick for me as well when switching over to chrome.

Anybody who has done the online PST test have a good prep service for it to recommend? Is it needed?

There were a couple modules that helped a lot, for me, to get my head around the methodology. Shape Sodoku in particular.

Is there a way to know if you failed the assessment? I did the assessment under the old system a few months ago, then transferred all my info to the new portal, and haven't heard a peep even though people with no TPIC and similar hours are getting signs of life "go take the assessment now unless you've already taken it" and some even have interviews scheduled.

Just curious. If an assessment is failed, is there a window to take it again or is it a permanent show-stopper?

I too have been sitting on a complete application in the new system for 4 weeks and have not yet received a pilot skills test invitation. Anyone else in this boat? Filled it all out in chrome and update hours several times per week.

I would love to know that as well. I completed the PST on the old application so I still have yet to see anything that says my application was actually submitted. The waiting continues.

I had 2 internal pilot recommendations on the old application website and am not seeing them on here anywhere. Does American have them saved internally somewhere now?

Had to transfer everything over manually from beginning to end but it’s not asking me to take the pilot skills test again so it appears that there is some carry over from the previous application website (could be wrong though).

This is a great question.. I had 3 on the old app site, so far I've reached out to my pilot friends and have 2 of them sent to me and I just uploaded them on the new site under attachments.. I emailed pilot recruitment a week ago asking for guidance - krickets.

Default pilot adept assessment

After receiving an interview date, I got an email to fill out documents and at the bottom there is a "pilot adept assessment" that is for "work traits" .... is this a pass/fail type assessment that includes more coginitive testing or is it just a general personality survey?

It’s the personality test. From what I’ve gathered it’s not pass/fail. 30 minutes worth of pick the statement you agree with more. “If I want something from someone, I will laugh at that persons worst jokes OR It’s hard to stay focused when there are many things happening around me”. That’s an actual question. Just have a few beers and try not to overthink it. Good luck!!!
