Just curious what you currently see to support this supposition of choosing to staff the op at low levels. I see AA hiring and training at absolute max capacity…60+ person new hire classes starting weekly and overflowing from the PRC, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Yes, we can all agree they were too risk averse getting the hiring started again in 2021 coming out of COVID.

Don't blame them, they are just believing the lies APA told them to try to justify this turd of a TA. They are being good little sheep like they've probably been their whole life. They don't know any different.

Reserve is junior bid status
the other legacies have atrocious reserve rules which cause upgrades to go unfilled
AA has good reserve rules benefitting the junior by far the most
ergo AA/APA doesn't care about junior pilots.

Where is this logic pipe that everyone is smoking?

AA reserve rules are fantastic, with the combo of no call out time and no requirement to live within a certain distance/time of your coverage airport. APA could've easily thrown the junior under the bus and gone to industry standard language but they did not, and yet people still **** on APA thinking they don't care about the junior.

APA needs to put out a compare/contrast, at first glance they have a lot of nice things in there. The pay is just about the same, within $2/hr which is pfffft, but lots of other goodies. So, would we willingly staple the UA or DL agreement? Parker previously offered it.

I don't have a dog in your fight. But it might be a reason to consider voting no. Or even better, get APA to go back to mgmt and demand they beat UA & DL by a penny.
