LAX base

It’ll all change on the whim of the company. Nothing says they need to have any 737 SNA. That’s the new normal though but I have no idea there future plans. Site is still down.

What is the average month pay on short call reserve at LAX on the 737 or 320? Are people averaging 80+ credits a month? More so on short call or long call?
Also, what’s the most junior 737/320 line holder at LAX? Just trying to gauge how long it’ll be to sit reserve and how much monthly pay is.

LAX is now fairly “junior”, pretty much as junior as Miami, so you should be able to hold a line within 6 months, my guess.

is there a way to know how many captains are retiring at a base in the next few years, or 5 years? I know about 800 retiring a year overall for the next 3 years, but anyone know the specific amount at LAX for both NB and WB?

Do you work for AA? There's a "crew age by fleet" page that breaks it down.

Looks like 26 NB CA's that are 64, 17 WB CA's are 64
38 NB 63 year olds
29 WB 63 year olds
62 YO's 50
61...40
60...34
59...42
tried to paste the full chart, was unable.
