Hey guys, I interviewed on Dec 10th and was sent to the review board. I emailed pilot recruiting a week after to get an update but still no reply. Any one else in the same situation?

Just be patient. IIRC, they meet twice a month. The holidays could have impacted that as well. I also went to review when I was hired, they needed more information on something after the first meeting, then it was back to waiting. The total turnaround time was over a month, but was still hired. Also, not hearing back from pilot recruitment is a pretty common occurrence if they don't immediately need anything additional from you.

Everything above my post is true. I also went to the review board and it was around thanksgiving. Ultimately it was about 2 months before I heard back and was still hired. Recruiting really won't have any info for you. Your file goes to the review board and there it sits until they meet. Just be patient, there are lots of wheels turning at the moment

I flew over headquarters Friday after the weather cleared. No cars in parking lot at 2pm. None at the training center either. That lot is always packed on a weekday. Be patient. We are going to need many pilots for the next few years or more. Huge retirement numbers and many planes on order.

Howdy y'all, I signed up for a Meet and Greet at NGPA in Palm Springs and I got a time slot awarded to me, honestly I thought they were going to tell me no. I'm over at a competing all 737 airline, TT is 2,950, 1,350 121 Jet time, 440 hours in a 767. 0 checkride/line check failures and a 4 year degree. 0 TPIC unfortunately.
What would be my chaces to get a on the spot interview? Does it just depend on the recruiter I get to talk to at the event?? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!
