I would settle for better transportation. Good Lord hotel busses should not be accepted. Only "limo". The number of times I have to choose between being late or absurdly early is unacceptable. I also wait entirely too often for some double tree shuttle to show up for 30 minutes.

Well that is hard to say, AA just took delivery of the last 737s on order. There are still many Airbuses on order and classes are dropping airbus right now.
That being said many folks prefer the airbus over the 737 so its really a shot in the dark which will have the fastest movement.

Or, we could get rid of all three WOs. Bring one group of pilots and fleet (Envoy?), and maintenance, onto the main line as a group 1. Let everyone keep their longevity and seat- but go to the bottom of the list just like the flows. Get rid of all of that excess management. Shutter the offices. Dump the other two WOs completely.
Then, Group1 could do all the undesirable flying

Bonus points if you also cry about labor costs and then turn around take about half of the annual profits and pocket them between yourself and your cronies.
PS: If we have 3 seperate WO regional airlines, why do we also still have contracts with Skywest and Republic? I don't think the whipsaw is whipsawing anymore.
