Only reason I'm voting no is because there isn't a H3LL NO! on the ballot.

It sucks but it is what it is. If it's voted down expect the judge to rule in the company's favor.
They didn't do that at all, but not going to go into it though. A LARGE percentage of pilots are screaming objection to the TA, scope espcially. It basically wipes the bottom half out. Despite a likely buttery dog-and-pony show by APA, I'm thinking it won't make it.

In reviewing the TA, I'd reverse those two.

Didn't do what? Manufacture the 9-7 vote or the most prudent thing (or both)?

You really think the term sheet's better? Guess I need to pay more attention. Of course my view is from the outside w/ no emotion so obviously a different mindset.

Didn't do the prudent thing. From the outside looking in, I can easily see why you formed your opinion.

No, the "terms" of the 1113 aren't better, but the long-term CONSEQUENCES of voting for this TA will be worse for the pilot group, especially the junior half. I'm on the inside and not emotional. Both short and long term, it's disasterous for AA pilots.

Scope aside, I couldn't find language for pbs, and without it that is a reason to vote no. Pbs can be the pivotal item that affects quality of life. Should the company decide how it operates unilaterally, I would rather be furloughed.
