MOU Update?

they said they are going to implement as much of the mou on day one as possible . To me that means all the trip rigs, duty rigs, pay and days off should be done asap. There is no excuse why they shouldn't be. I can understand pbs but that is slated to get started on jan 1.

Have you read the MOU????? There is nothing in the MOU about scheduling!!!!! NOTHING!!!!!! Scheduling will be a JCBA issue. And PBS is not slated to begin Jan 1st. Where do you get your information? It isn't from the right sources, that's for certain. Expect PBS in the second half of 2014, probably the later of the second half. Your demands are duly noted.

The hearing is 15th but his decision is expected 2 weeks later. The por is when he renders his decision, the DJ doesn't factor into it.

There were over a hundred open bid positions left over on the November bid. So reducing "headcount" by 22 means that we didn't have 122 unfilled bid positions instead of just 100.
