Default West Pay Rates

Hoping one of the West guys would chime in. Are the pay rates in the West contract posted on wings accurate? Could someone post the current rates?

Why wouldn't the pay rates in the contract on the company website not be accurate?

I wasnt sure if there have been any modifications to it since the merger. The East contract on there is the old ALPA contract and not LOA 93 (which I'm sure is on there somewhere?).

Why don't you just answer the question instead of lashing out?

This is what the USAPA website has:

AWA
Pay Rates
1/1/07
Longevity
CaptF/O
Year 1
121.32 39.14
Year 2

122.80 61.41
Year 3
124.29 68.36
Year 4
125.77 75.47
Year 5
127.17 82.66
Year 6
128.77 84.98
Year 7
130.24 85.95
Year 8
131.73 86.94
Year 9
133.23 87.93
Year 10
134.70 88.90
Year 11

136.19 89.89
Year 12
137.68 90.87
Year 13
139.05 91.77
Year 14
140.44 92.69
Year 15
141.85 93.61

Does that match? They did get one raise that I know about a few years back.

The old contract is still the basis of the east contract. LOA's just took out the good stuff. You you usually have to start with the '98 contract, then go through all the LOA's to see if they changed things.

Thanks! Yep that matches.. I didn't even think to log into the USAPA website. Their pay isn't much better than the East rates it appears

It appears wrong. 10 days more vacation, 2 more days off month on reserve with higher guarantee, 5:15 min per day even if you don't touch an airplane, 100% DH pay, disability pay on day one of absence, health insurance at 25% of what east pays, etc. the average west pilot out earns the average east 330 pilot in w2 wages and it costs $50k more to upgrade a west pilot than an east pilot per flt ops management.

Touchy, touchy! Cacti is winning because his pay doesn't suck as much as the east. He doesn't compare it to other airlines. Winning! Winning!

The 10 year reserve A320 west F/O I had on my jumpseat the other day had a different opinion.

Our pay is atrocious there is no doubt about that. Work rules matter on w2 if even the easties don't think so.
