As long as you sent your reference a Christmas card last year then you have nothing to worry about.

Nothing you can study for. Consists of 8 computer, mini-tests from an outside company. 3 1/2 hrs with 10 min break in middle. Basically testing attentiveness, reaction time, memory, visual-spatial orientation.

What did the email say? I received one too but it didn't say anything about a non-conditional offer. As a matter of fact, in one of the many pages it requested you agree to, it said I or the company could terminate the employment at any time, or am I reading to much into it?

IMO, think you're reading into it. Says "Welcome to American Airlines! We are excited to have you as a member of our team!" I'd say that's a non-conditional offer...hired.

The tasks appear to be Indoc type briefings, company policy stuff, etc. Maybe shortens Indoc at Training Center.

I had face to face interview October 29/30. Have not heard a peep since then. No request for background releases. Nothing. I've heard "no news is good news". But its been 3 1/2 weeks! Also heard "you are still in the running, be patient!" Most importantly NO TBNT!

Anyone else fall into the "not a peep since the interview" category?

Thanks,

JP
