Hasn't been implemented yet for LUS.

Damn good question. No implementation schedule and holes big enough to drive a truck through.

But those pay rates, though.

It stands for what you're smoking if you think we are under one contract.

It's not published, but they'll tell you. I can give you Sue Kalosa's email address, (or if you know how the AA email addresses go, you can figure it out) she has the breakdown.

Thanks

There were 11 E190 slots in my new hire class last year. It means some will wait several weeks between indoc and sim, but it does happen. I'm not sure if the Airbus vacancies will be available to new hires. The only reason they weren't filled was due to seat locks that will be expiring in the next month or two. If the LUS Airbus vacancies are filled by new hires, those guys will be on short call for a LONG time (relatively speaking) due to senior E190 pilots bidding the Bus and coming in on top of them. I'm a May 2015 newhire and I'm holding a line on the 190 with captain going about 20 numbers senior to me. On the Bus, guys are on short call for close to two years. Keep that in mind when bidding...especially if you plan to commute.

I'm a June 2014 hire and can sometimes hold long call in CLT and DCA. I can sometimes hold a secondary line in DCA. I'm nowhere near holding LC or a secondary in PHL.
Last year there were a lot of new hire FOs that got displaced from the AB to the 190. That's something to keep in mind if the AB is an option for new hires.

One new consideration is that we might actually be able to bid for LAA bases within the next 12 months, in which case it might be smart to already be Airbus qualified so you don't have to wait for training after "the big bid".

PHL at one point was the most junior on the Airbus, now it's the most senior. Crazy.
