I heard that about a year or so ago new hires were getting 767 MIA. Is that still happening? How long to hold 767 MIA these days? Just curious.

23 LAX 737, 23 MIA 320 in today's class. I have no idea how many recalls or what the breakdown is.

So today's class has 23 LAX and 23 MIA. 35 OTS hires with 14 returning furloughees. I know the math doesn't add up but maybe some of the furloughed pilots are getting other bases and aircraft. But 35 is a good OTS number for 1 class.

Junior guy is 500+ senior to the junior new hires. Last guy who was awarded MIA 767I FO is about 950-1000 senior to the junior guy. Net? I wouldn't expect to get it. Fleet reduction is in full force. CA's getting displaced. I'm guessing FO's bidding off negated FO displacements up to now. |
