Do you understand the words "faulty assumption"? Where did I say that?
But let's turn that around nuts. If the west supports it's separate merger representation, how can the support the APA position?

I need you to write in coherent sentences first before I may render an answer.

APA supports the idea that all three seniority lists recognized by the MOU each have their own representation in arbitration. The company supports this position as well as the west.
It is that simple. The east pilots are the oddballs here.

Now, would you like to pick your own committee, or have it picked for you? What if USAPA and the APA are actually in collusion against the west? What if they pick a committee for you that really doesn't support your position? See any issues there?
The APA should have NO hand in the selection of east or west merger committees.

If the Nic award was implemented I could see the logic, but since it has not been there are still two separate pilot groups there. Actually 3, the old east, old west and the 3rd list guys.
It's completely logical to have that position. Can anything be done to force everyone to the table or can USAPA hold the entire Airways side hostage?

I know how you feel, as I don't some of you guys either. As far as implying one of you guys was banging my wife/girlfriend, you're late to that party. Another one of your chums made the same classy inference months ago.
