Crew Meals

Where are the guidelines about crew meals published? Do they differ from the ones that were initially published in the MTA?

It's in the JCBA section 7-3.

Dumb question: Where can I find the JCBA? I looked on APA's and AAPilots' website and can't find it. :(

There is a link in the APA mobile app. Yeah, used to be in our elibrarian and on wings, I wish they'd put in mobile365.

I have a copy and I'm not even a member of the Union. You know, the organization that's ashamed to publish it for you on the open side of their website.

The Chief pilots office will be MORE THAN HAPPY to send you a .pdf copy if you would like. Or do you you need a "rep" to hold your hand when you call or visit?

Go to "quick links" on the APA member site, its under Contract QRH (it's the third one down in red). There's a bunch of links after that and the JCBA is one of them. You can save it to ibooks or any other pdf reader on the company iPad.

Sorry if APC's illustrious 'non-member' wasn't helpful.

That's it. Blame ME for APA's poorly written website. Btw the contract REQUIRES the COMPANY distribute the JCBA. Not the APA.

FWIW.

Nope, you're actually right.
-The website is horrible.
-C&R is a horrible forum (should be like APC [emoji6])
-Yes, you can find the contract through other sources.

Difference is I'm just trying to help a fellow pilot out without being a (insert condescending term for a bitter old fart here).

Now, wasn't that easy?

You mean like that d!kchead over in the profit sharing thread who posts a link about profit sharing the APA wrote about (they are afraid to post it because of their dependable information) I couldn't get because I'm not a member. What a way to "reach out" and be helpful there. A "real union man". FWIW I STILL get the profit sharing....WITHOUT THE UNION AND WITHOUT THEIR HELP.

The Chief pilot has it and will email it to you. That's GOOD, valid advice right there. Unless the "union" pilots here are BITTER YOUNG FARTS!!!! (I don't see where age comes into this topic but I'm game!)

Hope that helps.
