Default Dear FredFlyer:

Here is the ORIGINAL POST from the OCCUPATIONAL SENIORITY thread:

I just don't see the benefit. It has zero effect on senior pilots, so I can't figure this out.

The whole concept seems to contradict the APA's hardline stance on seniority. On day one of class you bid assignments based on age seniority, then that earned seniority (based on age) could be stripped away depending on your class completion date.

They might even retroactively assign Occ dates to constructive notice hire pilots from the LUS side. I certainly hope they don't start using that date for our future pay raises retroactively.
So Mr. Fredflyer....of which I can say I am among the 15,000 pilots of AAL: Why don't YOU read the beginning of the thread before YOU start a new thread about NOTHING!!!

You won't believe me and I don't really care EXCEPT to say they complimented ME on how delightful I was to work with. In short, they said a "breath of fresh air". Swallow the NIC. Not hardly.

I'm looking FORWARD to your meltdown if it DOESNT happen.

Enjoy the fishbowl water you swim in, esadoof.

HA HA HA!

You're right. I should've read your posts more carefully.

Who are you a member of the union busting company operated by some of us airways finest alumni? Or are you just a hopeless company man. Let me guess its all about you and your payday. AA is great the union is bad. If you aren't a company guy/gal there is something wrong with you. Give me a break they only stole the A fund and went for more with LBFO 1. Yet here you are with amnesia AA can do no wrong right. What about the junior guys getting killed by the lousy work rules that you probably voted to sell out for a little extra $$. Or the guys on LTD who don't have enough problems without the carveouts leaving them with nothing after 18-24 months. The seniority list is 15,000 or so as you mentioned, every one of them is important... Youre exactly what we Dont need going into contract 2020. And by the way FRED flyer is a former company man, he saw the light...

Well Rivet, since you asked somewhat nicely I'll respond the same.

I USED to be a UNION man. But when Bates/Roghair/Wilson (two of which fell on their swords and quit, BTW) sold ALL of us down the river with an MOU LOPSIDEDLY NEGOTIATED on the APA advantage side (in secret, behind LUS backs) who BTW negotiated with ParKirby without EVER consulting with their counterparts at LUS. You need look NO FARTHER for the TRAITORS THAN THOSE THREE PLUS YOU APA ILK. Remember it was APA that locked in your "misery". Not us. You only have Hoffman and James to pay financial homage to at this point. Give them my regards.

I didn't "sell you out". You did that to yourselves. THAT IS A FACT.

I am NOT, nor EVER WILL BE AN APA LACKEY. I AM NOT A MEMBER FOR THESE VERY REASONS: APA SUPERIORITY AND SELLOUT.

I cannot vote but IF I COULD HAVE VOTED AS A LAA APA PILOT I WOULD HAVE VOTED NO ON THE SECOND ITERATION OF YOUR MOU AS WELL. The unity YOU DESTROYED was of your own making so POINTING THE FINGER OF BLAME AT ME for supporting the Company NOW AND EVER MORE is because of TWO FIVE LETTER WORDS THAT THE LAA WROUGHT UPON THEMSELVES:

G-R-E-E-D AND M-O-N-E-Y.

I didn't make it "about me". YOU AND YOURS DID.

I'm just cashing in on the IDIOTIC MISTAKES YOUR BELOVED APA WROUGHT.

So LET ME ASK YOU ONE QUESTION:

The Company and the APA met the day before yesterday. Here are the links.

What are you and the APA prepared to do??? How about an HONEST ANSWER?

https://www.alliedpilots.org/News/ID...ior-Management

https://www.alliedpilots.org/News/ID...Meeting-Update

BTW, anger, NO. Rage against STUPIDITY, SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS AND LAA PILOT PERSONAL GAIN.....YES.

I was and ALWAYS WILL BE for the junior guys but I didn't sell you out. Go to an APA meeting and ask THEM the HARD questions. I simply don't bother dealing with IGNORANCE.
