Dear Mr. Anderson,
Although most of my colleagues are upset with ALPA for allowing this travesty to be presented to the pilot group, I am more upset with you.
In just two short weeks you have not only managed to erase years of goodwill you generated among the pilot group, worse, you have generated a poisonous environment in the cockpit. I place the blame for this squarely on your shoulders sir. You over reached! You know it now, and now if you try to sweeten the pot, it will be looked upon with suspicion. I know I know, all it takes is 51%. But the second you took your eye off the ball and allowed the number crunchers and Wall street to convince you this was the way to go, you forgot about the emotional part. You have once again proved that Herb Kelleher was the only CEO in the business who managed to keep everyone happy long term. I now count you among the worst of the bunch. I was once your biggest cheerleader, you are now relegated to the garbage heap of every other mediocre airline CEO who ever existed. You will now be handing Ed Bastian a pile of garbage and a bunch of really ****ed off pilots. Good luck to him.
And oh yeah, by the way, I am not going to make gate announcements for you any more, or pick up baby strollers from below, or make PA's unless it is absolutely necessary. I will give you my absolute minimum effort. TOGA POWER!!!!

$100 bucks says you don't have the stones to sign your real name and send that to him.

That is just nonsense. He would be defended, but I am guessing the gross insubordination charge would stick. Just a guess. As a matter of fact, he should probably hope that his real identity doesn't get found out.

From: Sure Donatelli, I'll vote yes on this TA...NOT! :(
A reasonable person would probably not be as inclined to go the extra mile when their employer (via their union) treats them like children and insults them with a low-ball contract offer just after announcing 6 billion in outgoing dollars for misc.
It's possible to be a professional without trying to win awards for the company.
By the way, you think Richard Anderson wouldn't try to mend fences if the numbers start slipping and stock is trending downward as a result? I'm not talking about work action before some hero jumps on here trying to scare me.
