As a result some information is incomplete and becomes conflicting.
Some of your details vary from what I've heard but without having a copy of the decision and just getting limited information as well I'm not sure which of our birds has completely described the decision more accurately or completely In general being told the same as you though.

Not doubting that. Those involved are very reluctant to give out the list due to concerns of it being traced back to them (have the arbs put traps in each of the list handed out). So all information is word of mouth and not written so it can't be tracked.

It's official, the West are the biggest whiners that ever lived. Both here and C&R. They make out no matter what. Crummy airline to a global airline with wide bodies and NOT tacked on to the bottom of the list. Windfall.

It's not hard to understand 4 year fences group 4s to the groups that brought them. You wanted 3 lists so we have 3 lists this is the price u pay for getting rid of usapa(who you can no longer sue). We have been seperate for years can you bid Charlotte a330? I know most of you guys are in denial and had you 330/777 manuals in had but at the end of the day the arbs still followed the mb law. Not a cult religion seniority award that was only able to be enforced with a joint contract before the mou was signed. Let's all get honest...
I totally agree. The MB required that previous mergers didn't apply. MOU stated three list. Arbs were spot on.

Your group IV? Thought you were flying A320. That's a group II airplane.
