Are you using the paid version of pilot credentials? I seem to recall the import feature between companies' pages being a little wonky, and it improperly transposed some info....don't remember if it was addresses specifically. I do remember feeling like the errors were enough to steer folks away from paying for the "convenience" of having to double check the computer's work

I know times are gloomy and don’t know when American will be hiring, but I’ve been trying to keep my application updated. Does anyone have any tips on how to pass this Organizational Fit Assessment? I failed it apparently a second time and have no idea what they are looking for? Seems silly to fill in all this information on the application just to end up failing the assessment.
Be consistent. ALL of your answers MUST BE CONSISTENT throughout the entire test. Take a step back and you’ll realize that they only ask 2 or 3 questions throughout the entire test but they word them differently or ask in a different manner. If you consistently answer in the same exact manner, you’ll pass with no issue.

On profile summary there is a green check mark next to the organizational fit assessment but there’s a message below that states:You have completed the Organizational Fit Assessment but unfortunately you did not score high enough to move forward in our process. Provided the application window is still open, you are eligible to retake the assessment. Thank you for your time and interest in American Airlines.
What stinks is that you have to wait 6 months before retaking it. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm!

Perhaps you lost your other email address and had to start over because of a technical problem...you never know what happens these days...scammers stealing email accounts and all.
