Do you like Korean food? Take the bus to Itaewon. Schedule is available at the concierge. Leaves on the hour from the hotel and 20 past the hour from Itaewon to return to hotel. Get off at the first corner. Walk down the main street to the right and turn right just before the Hamilton Hotel. Walk up the hill. Two good Korean restaurants right there. If you turn left and walk down the alley, you will find 3 Alley Pub on your right. Standard Fedex pilot hangout. That same alley is littered with Indian, Greek, American etc...restaurants. You can definitely find something to eat there.

If you don't want to go to Itaewon, you can walk across the street from the Hotel, there is a Korean resto that is pretty good on the corner. If you cross the street and turn right, you can walk about a block and there is a bar...called WestRock or something like that...darts, draft beer, karaoke machine. Singapore flight attendants hang out in there.

Good luck.

Thanks! Got in late last night and don't think I could choke down another $17 Guinness at the Oak Room tonight... The band wasn't too terrible, tho...

Default West Rock

I think that's what it's called. just across the street from the hotel and down the hill to the right, on the opposite side if the street. It's a good place to go if you're itawoned-out.
