I was hired last year and about half of my class had less than 1500 hours, so I am not sure that is a requirement, or perhaps they had a waiver?

Per our FOM, a full ATP and 1500 hours of flight are required to be hired onto the 767 / 777 / 747 fleets. The flight time requirements for the 737 correspond to the requirements for a R-ATP.

And approximately 75% or so of all items inside the articles not on the list.

Not inside info at all, all the proposed articles including those that are not 100% agreed on are available at the union website. Most items are marked as Agreed but if there is even just one that is open, the article is then listed as not TAd.

For example, Article 25, Scheduling. In almost 40 pages, there are only maybe 10 paragraphs that are still open. The arbitrator won't touch the agreed on parts, just the open bits.
