What will the new CBA look like?
#71
Makes me wonder if the union already has it. It was mentioned that the union would go through its process, whatever that is, before it’s released to the pilots. I don’t know the process or how long it takes and it wasn’t specified.

Neither party has it yet. They were talking about work rules implementation period. Both the company and union will need to sit down and hash out a plan to implement the work rule changes of the CBA.

Made it sound like sept 10 might come and go with no info.

My total guess is that both parties have it now which is before 10 Sept so that would be something. Arbitrator has done his due diligence and I am appreciative as I wouldn’t want that task. Cool your jets folks, cogs are turning, minds are rolling and hopefully 10 Sep won’t just go rolling by. Are lawyers involved? Curious on the process. Wife’s birthday is the same so it better be a good day or my head rolls either way.

Makes sense overall and I do agree with you regarding other places or entities in good faith it makes sense totally. You are on the Atlas info former broken record site, we don’t even have a record player anymore or maybe never had one. At least this time the reasoning seemed sound comparatively speaking. If you have been here awhile you already understand that “came and went” has been the worn out truth for 5 years now. FIVE. Soooo, what’s a few more days and maybe some can use it again - hope not. Time keeps on slippin’ slippin’ slippin’ into the future.
