I'm not sure what constitutes "these days", but here is what I remember from mine in January. Just a general rundown and conversation;

Tell me what you know about Atlas?
Do you know what kind of flying we do?
Tell me what you know about our schedules?
Tell me about your job now
Why do you want to work for Atlas?
Have you ever failed a checkride, if so what happened?
Any accidents or incidents, if so what happened?
Are you familiar with our gateway basing system?
Why do you want to leave your current job?
Tell me about any previous jobs, why did you leave?
Any criminal record and can you pass a background check?

Probably not more than a 7-10 minute conversation. Good luck.
